Our legal representative in the EU (Article 13)

ClickTime is based in the United States and has appointed the following legal representative in the European Union under Article 13 of the Digital Services Act:

Reporting illegal content

To report content on ClickTime that you believe is illegal, email privacy@clicktime.com with:

  • Why you believe the content is illegal
  • Where the content is (a link or other exact location)
  • Your name and email address — not needed if your report concerns child sexual abuse, exploitation or grooming
  • A statement that you believe in good faith that your report is accurate and complete

We will confirm we have received your report, tell you what we decided, and explain how you can challenge that decision. You can also complain to the Digital Services Coordinator in the EU Member State where you live or are established, and you can seek a remedy before a court.
