Clicktime.com Enhances International Features for Its Timesheet Solution

ClickTime Improves Customization and Reporting for its US and International Users

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

SAN FRANCISCO, CA, June 19, 2002 — Clicktime.com, a leading application service provider, today announced the release of version 1.62 of the ClickTime® time tracking application.

New features in this version include additional functions for international date formats and currency settings, new “at-a-glance” incomplete timesheet management, improved list administration, and additional reports.

Customized Date Format/Currency Settings
“In this release, we really focused on giving our international users the ability to further customize their timesheet data,” said Alex Mann, CEO of Clicktime.com. “We always work closely with customers in determining which features to build — and this time we gave additional attention to our non-U.S. customers.”

The enhanced international features, including varying date/time formats and multiple currencies, give ClickTime’s timesheets and reports perfect formatting regardless of where it is used. This release also includes full support for the Euro.

Additional Functions for Incomplete Timesheet Reports
In response to the many types of employees currently at work in most businesses, ClickTime has introduced new rules to determine timesheet completeness. “The rules can be complex – weekly and daily time requirements, part-time and full-time employees – but the functionality should be easy. Now when an administrator runs an incomplete time entry report, he/she doesn’t have to work around so many individual schedules,” said David Brockman, Product Development Manager. “The new Incomplete Time Entry report is like a heads-up display. Its color coding and easy grouping accurately depicts who has and who hasn’t completed their timesheet in one glance.”

Email notification has also been improved with custom messages for users who have incomplete timesheets.

“All in all, we are very excited about the release of ClickTime 1.62, ” said Mann. “Over the past year, we’ve more than doubled our customer-base. As of this release, we are providing a more useful and practical timesheet product to users with increasingly sophisticated needs.”

Pricing and Availability
ClickTime Basic service starts at $5 per user per month, with free limited access for workgroups of 10 or fewer. Monthly fees include ClickTime’s desktop application and administrator technical support.
