Your ClickTime Year-End To-do List!

This helpful guide was created to assist current ClickTime customers in prioritizing their Year-End To-do List.

Happy Holidays!

This time of year we all have many checklists, and December seems to be the extreme month of lists. While you’re busy trying to stay on top of it all, it’s easy for some high value tasks to slip through the cracks. So in the spirit of giving, we’re sharing our most important reminders to set you up for success in the new year:

  1. Clean up incomplete / unsubmitted Timesheets & Expenses from 2019.

    Check out a recent blog post highlighting the Year-End Best Practices for a ClickTime Administrator. (And remember to move your Company Lock Date up to 12/31/19 in the new year.)

  2. Create your 2020 Company Holidays!

    Take advantage of our new pre-set lists to add your company holidays to timesheets in one click!

  3. Update Leave Type Balances.

    Update your team’s time off balances for the new year in bulk (for Admins only).

  4. Employee Performance Reporting.

    Powerful insights to measure the performance of your workforce over the past year.
