Marketing Analyst (FT)
ClickTime is a Software-as-a-Service firm located in San Francisco. Our flagship product, the ClickTime Web Timesheet, is the choice of over 1,200 customers in over 50 countries. ClickTime is a profitable, management-owned company that was founded in 1999.
Marketing Analyst (Full-time)
We're looking for a versatile analyst to assume a substantial role in our online and offline marketing efforts. The position has three major areas of responsibility: SEO/SEM, List development for direct marketing, and analytical support of our business development efforts. For at least the short term, this position will report directly to the CEO.
Responsibilities:
- Track performance and effectiveness of SEO and SEM campaigns
- Adjust online ad spending to optimize conversions
- Create and test new ads
- Perform A/B testing for user interface designs
- Write copy for offline advertising and collateral
- Assist sales team with statistical analysis as needed
- Support Business Development effort by analyzing opportunities for integrating ClickTime with other products
- Track competing products and market messaging
- Create custom reports and spreadsheets for ClickTime customers
- Make constructive suggestions to improve the efficiency, usability, and quality of our products

Requirements:
- Bachelors or equivalent in Business, Accounting, Math, Stat, Engineering, or similar
- 1-2 years of professional experience (Strong entry-level candidates will also be considered)
- Superb skills in Microsoft Excel
- Great written and verbal communications
- Brilliant web-search skills
- Basic familiarity with SEO concepts
- Web authoring skills - HTML, CSS, maybe some JavaScript
- QuickBooks or other accounting software experience is a plus
- Some knowledge of basic IT concepts
